As you walk into the Lab through the main entrance, locate a wall painting to your right of the bow of a ship with a woman and a parrot who are waving (both of them) to the people on shore. A classic Mickey hides on the chest of the gold woman figurehead on the ship's prow (the front of the bow). It looks like a big medallion.
