This alarm bell is the same as the one visible in the opening video of "Tower of Terror" when Rod Serling announces that "This is a maintenance service elevator....." If THAT bell is NOT an HM, then this is not. If the one in the video IS an HM, then this should be as well. Decisions ... decisions!
