The night stand drawer pull has a tiny HM in the center in the Royal Guest Rooms in the Parterre Place building at the Port Orleans Riverside Resort Hotel.

The ears are proportional to the head, and are in the proper position. The same ears are used below the head to make it hidden. I would call this a Hidden Mickey.
I say no, because the same "ears" are used below the "head", not just above.
I like it! Has the qualities of a HM, one large sphere with two smaller ones on top.
